Troy D. Gilbert

10/19/1968-09/03/2025, 56 years old.

Troy is in God's hands now and will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

Troy was adventurous, lived in the moment, had a big heart and always helped those in need.

He had a fun and easy-going personality and lit up the room with his presence and smile. He was extremely talented, hard-working and artistic. He was a carpenter most of his life and then found another passion in welding and metal fabricating. He loved to draw and build motorcycles. He was definitely a rockhound, loved to search for and collect unique rocks.

Troy was born in Corona, CA, lived in Augusta, GA, Waynesville, NC and then moved to Lake Havasu in 2015.

Troy is survived by his mother, Cindy Desmaretz (Don), father, Steve Gilbert, sisters Shauna Ballance (Tray), Ashley Gilbert, sons Mitch Gilbert and Gaige Gilbert, nephews/nieces, Jozy Ballance, Jesse Ballance, Ralyn Ballance, River Ballance, step-brother Steven Desmaretz, uncle Larry Murray (Sharron), all his cousins and long time girlfriend Gina James.

Celebration of Life will be announced at later date.
