I have been a client of Katie's since she was at the salon in Delafield. I loved her the minute we met and was so very sad when I heard about her passing. I always looked forward to my appointments and hearing about her kiddos, Jimmy and just catching up. She had a beautiful smile and such a warm heart! She will be missed!

I've been a client of Katie's for over 10years. I have grown to love Katie over those years. She did two of my daughters weddings. One of them would drive from Iowa to have Katie cut her hair. I followed her from Delifield to Genesee Depot then to Brookfield. Katie was more than a hairdresser to me .My heart hurts for her family and anyone who knew her. My prayer for you is for strength for the upcoming days, weeks and years.We will meet again Katie. This is not goodbye but rather see you later.

My daughters and I were clients of Katie's. My girls absolutely adored her and she always braided their hair when she was done giving them cuts. My oldest daughter loves braiding and Katie would always give her pointers as she was braiding her sisters hair. She told her she learned to braid on the head of a mannequin, so my daughter asked for one for Christmas and couldn't wait to show Katie her progress! Our hearts are absolutely broken and we are sending love and peace to her family.

I'm so sorry for the loss of Katie. While I didn't know her for very long, I did consider her a very good friend. Every time we were together I learned something new from her...a new recipe, which laundry detergent smelled the best...just simple things that will always remind me of what a generous person she was. My heart is broken for her family.
