Lynn M. Kondzela, age 62 of Elton, died on July 8, 2025 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born on May 10, 1963 in Milwaukee, a daughter of Arden and Margaret (Armstrong) Doering. She married John Kondzela on June 30, 1990 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Antigo.
Lynn was a graduate of Kettle Moraine High School, and was employed at Walmart in Antigo for many years. She enjoyed being a Laser Technician and took great pleasure in helping others.
Her hobbies included gardening, flowers, fishing, hunting, feeding and watching the birds, and keeping a perfect lawn. She also enjoyed spoiling Phoenix and Lusca (her dogs). Lynn loved all kinds of adventure, traveling and sky diving. She was known for hosting parties and decorating for every holiday.
Survivors include her husband, John; a son, Jacob Burkhart of Rhinelander; a daughter, Christie Kondzela of Elton; a brother, Scott (Gerri) Doering of Pewaukee; a sister, Deanna Jakubiak of Wisconsin Rapids; step-mother, Jeanne Doering of Antigo; father and mother-in-law, John "Jack" and Elizabeth "Beth" Kondzela of The Villages, FL; five sisters-in-law, Jennifer (Jim) Roth of New Windsor, NY, Jeannette (David) Waters of Statesboro, GA, Anne (Ramon) Castellano of Goshen, NY, Carol Gordon of Cornwall, NY, and Kathie (Jeff) Pereny of Columbus, MI; a brother-in-law, Thomas (Stephanie) Kondzela of Poway, CA; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Cheryl (Bill) Baird and Cindy (Art) Tillman; a brother, Barry Doering; and a brother-in-law, Tony Jakubiak.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19 at 12 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Lynn, please visit our Tree Store.
