BILL C. LOWE age 79. Beloved partner of Jane Leeson. Loving father of Connie Harlan (Don), Denise Janiczak (Mike), Elane Lowe, Faith Willoughby (David), Aaron and the late Billy Lowe, Jr. Cherished grandfather of Chuck Lowe, Cathy and John Janiczak, Caleb Harlan, Aaron, Jr. and Ethan Lowe, Ty and Kade Willoughby. Great grandfather of Derek and McKenzie Harlan. Brother of Kenneth Lowe, Jeannie Williams and the late Joyce Stewart, Karen Williams and Barbara. Bill was a talented self taught guitar player and singer and his love for county music will be treasured by all those he leaves behind. Memorial services Saturday March 19, 2016 at the Heritage Congregational Church, 485 West St, Berea, OH at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to the Hospice Services of Southwest General or the Heritage Congregational Church.
