Mr. James D. Paslay

James D. Paslay, 67, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 17th, 2013 at his home. He was born October 14th, 1946 in Hot Springs, to James H. and Ruby Foshee Paslay. James was a very loving husband, brother, and friend to many. He graduated from Hot Springs High School, class of '64. He was an avid hunter, and belonged to the Rolling Fork Hunting Club, and served our country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Union Carbide, and the DeQueen and Eastern Railroad. Cherishing his memory are his wife of 39 years, Marsha (Pyle) Paslay; sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Donnie Qualls; several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and beloved friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Central Arkansas and Dr. Fred Divers of Genesis Cancer Center. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M., this evening at Gross Funeral Home, 120 Wrights St., Hot Springs(501)624-1244.
