Gladys E. (Morris) Dooley, 81, died Friday, May 16th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, after an illness.

Gladys's husband, James E. Dooley, Sr. died in 2001. She leaves two sons, Michael J. Dooley of Worcester and James E. Dooley, Jr. of West Boylston; three daughters, Margaret A. Munroe of Longview, TX, Elsie G. Leonard of Sutton and Patricia M. Dooley of Millbury; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret and Susan; many nieces and nephews.

Gladys's joy was raising her five children. Once her children were grown, Gladys held assorted jobs including driving school buses in Millbury. She enjoyed trips to the casino and most of all spending time with her family and friends. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at the CCU in UMASS Memorial Medical Center.

Gladys's funeral will be held on Thursday, May 22nd from Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 Main Street in Millbury with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1290 Grafton Street in Worcester.

Calling hours will be held the morning of the funeral from 9 to 10:15 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Central Cemetery in Millbury.
