Wilfried Hanz Klingberg

Wilfried Hanz Klingberg, age 87, of Holland, MI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Resthaven Care Center. Wilfried was born on August 24, 1929, in Chicago, to the late William and Marie (ne Behrens) Klingberg. On June 23, 1951, he married the love of his life, Rosemary Jean Koch. Wilfried is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Rosemary; children, Paul (Kathy) Klingberg, of Los Angeles, CA, Karen (Roger) Savage, of Fairfax, VA, Mark (Carol) Klingberg, of Glens Fork, KY, Scott (Karen) Klingberg, of Holland, MI, and Kathy (Scott) Solum, of McHenry, IL; ten grandchildren, and ten great-granchildren. Wilfried is preceded in death by his parents. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, from 10:30am until time of service at 12:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive, McHenry.
