Our sincere condolences on the passing of Phyllis, truly one of a kind. I met Phyllis back in 1975 when she provided police matron duties for the department. She was always willing to help at a moment's notice, strict at times, but just as compassionate too. Phyllis will be forever remembered as a wonderful friend, neighbor, but more importantly a mother and grandmother, who was loved and cherished by all. Mike and Jack, remember the good times, I know there were many, and remember, For as long as one is not forgotten, they are truly never gone.
