Heaven has just gained an angel. It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Antoine George El-Haddad. Antoine (Tony) entered an eternal rest after he lost his battle with cancer on Wednesday July 21st, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was 61. Tony was born in Falougha, Lebanon on January 2nd, 1960. Fleeing the Lebanese war, he moved to the US in 1978. He resided in Michigan where he studied civil engineering, at the University of Detroit. He then moved to New Jersey and joined the food industry as a manager at Little Caesars in North Brunswick, where he brought smiles to his customers and coworkers. Tony loved fishing, cooking, shopping and communicating with friends. He was a very kind and generous man, and a devoted father. He was loved by everyone that knew him. He is survived by his sons, Anthony and Andrew of NJ, his mother Olga and his brother Elie of Lebanon, and his brother Abdallah (Abe) of NY. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 24th, 2021 from 9 am to 10:30 am at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St-at Riva Ave, Milltown NJ. A Funeral Mass will follow, 11:00 am, at St. Sharbel Maronite Church in Somerset, NJ. Entombment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway.
