Condolences to the entire Nichols family. I got to know Charlie and his family during my assignment to TSS Tecnologies and Tool Sales & Service as a Quality Assurance Representative for DoD. I always respected Charlie and enjoyed working with him. He was honest, fair and professional. He will be missed by all who knew him. Jim Murphy

My condolences to the family. Charlie was my boss and my friend. He was tough but he was fair. I worked at tss for 28 yrs. No regrets.
