Soap Opera Star

Michael Nader was best known for starring on two soap operas, the primetime soap "Dynasty" and the daytime soap "All My Children." He played Dex Dexter, the third husband of Joan Collins' character Alexis Colby on "Dynasty" from 1983 until 1989. Nader was Dimitri Marick, the husband of Susan Lucci's character Erica Kane on "All My Children" from 1991 until 2002. He began his acting career in the 1960s beach party films and had a recurring role on the TV series Gidget. Later, he made guest appearances on "Law and Order: SVU" and "Cold Case."
