To the Gallagher family, my sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother. Years ago when I would take my mom to either Glad Rags or to church, your mom always spent time asking what I was up to, and it was always a pleasure talking to her. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

I worked t Westwood Town Hall for Kay's husband, Joe Gallagher for close to 18 years, and became good friends with Kay. Upon retirement to New Hampshire, Kay and Joe visited there, and as the years passed, correspondence with one another and stories of our families growing kept our friendship open all these years. The circle of friends grows small and smaller, but I cherish the memories. Though you have lost the physical presence of Kay, I know your memories will stay in your hearts. I send my deepest sympathy, Barbara

To the Families of Mrs. Gallagher,
May time heal you sorrows
May the wind blow kindness your way
May the sun give you warmth to sustain
May the moon light your paths, when all may seem bleak
May your hearts be filled with treasured memories to help still you
May Spring give you blossoms to look forward to and remind you that hope grows
You are all in our thoughts and prayers

To all Kathleen's Family: Kay was just "a very special person, kind, charitable, loyal and fun." My mother and I were always so happy to see her, along with cousin Ed McDevitt, priest in S. Carolina who would travel to Boston during the summer, visit with us and then Kathleen where we would eat lunch at a nice restaurant and then back to visit with Kay at her condo. A truly wonderful afternoon in the company of a special person with my memories of my cousin, Kathleen. Lots of cards throughout the years, Kay always kept me up to date with family news. I am heartsick that Kathleen died with complications from the Coronavirus, it's so unfair to her and to her family. She lived a long and vital life, Kay is spending eternity with so many loved ones.
