We were so shocked and saddened to hear this news. It was so great to see him just a few weeks ago at the Golden family reuinion. Jen's father knew Uncle Bill from Boston Edison days and always had a good word to say about him. He'll be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Millie, Bill, Debbie, Andy and Kristin,

I know there are no words I could write to help ease your pain. But I wanted to let you know my thoughts are with you and all your family. I hope you will be able to find solace in remembering the good times you’ve shared will Bill Sr. as a husband, father and grandfather.

Millie and family,

Although it has been many years since we have really spent any time together I will always remember with fondness the times I spent in Southie with you all. Bill was such an easy going happy man. I could always count on him to ask me where his marble was!! (I swallowed one at your house on Ewing Drive and everytime I saw him for years after he would ask me for it)!! My prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
