To the Nowicki Family:
I too remember him as my principal at Center Avenue. I have a mild disability and in this time before all of the programs, I know that Mr.Nowicki, the teachers and my parents worked to give me a positive elementary school experience. Later I went on to teach and still work with children today, thanks to the foundation all of those folks set for me.I always remember how proud he was when I substitute taught in his building,
He was indeed the best!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Nowicki family. I had his son Mike as a six grade teacher at West End and heard nothing but good things about his father. My parents told me what a wonderful principle he was and how much he cared

Mr. Nowicki was a very nice man. Ever since I moved in next door to him six years ago, he was always a friendly presence with a wave, smile and "hello." I'm glad that I was able to meet him and make a friendship with him. My sincere condolences to his family.
