Edith DESCENT Obituary
January 13, 1922 - February 21, 2013
Edith Descent passed away peacefully on February 21, 2013 at the age of 91 years. Edith is survived by her children John Descent of Sylvan Lake, AB and Rachelle Descent of Calgary, AB; brothers Ron (Jane) Geary of Sun City, California and Lawrence (Myrt) Geary of Penticton, BC; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents William and Lillian. At Edith's request no Funeral Service will be held. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made in Edith's memory to The Calgary Humane Society, 4455 - 110 Avenue S.E., Calgary, AB T2C 2T7 (Telephone 403-205-4455, www.calgaryhumane.ca). In living memory of Edith Descent, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.
