Michael,
Not only were you the best brother I could ask, you were my roommate, my best friend and my strength. I'll truely miss you more than you could ever know. You were the most giving and warm hearted person I ever knew. You would of done anything for anyone. You were always there for me, and for that I am grateful. I.ll always remember the good times. I feel privileged that I got to have you for my house mate for the last couple years. I miss you so much already! I just want to give thanks for you always being there for me. My love for you is forever - your sister Janet

Michael J. Fabry
Feb. 25, 1955 - Jan. 6, 2011
When I sat down to write something about Uncle Mike I realized how much harder this was going to be, I still can't wrap my head around that he is gone. Wasn't it yesterday that I set up his meat carving station impatiently waiting to feast on Christmas dinner. My Uncle Mike was a great man as I am sure all of you here would agree. It was not his time to go and that makes this so much harder for all of us to deal. Michael, Jeffrey and Steve and I were all blessed to have such a great uncle who was always excited to see us and shower us with love when we visited. He would always make sure that I was happy and was always caring for others. So here a is a little poem about him
If he wasn't outside working on his tan
He was lifting weights like a macho man
BBQ on the grill or holiday dinners he was our go to guy
Even if he let those darn bushes grow to the sky
Full of laughs and caring compassion he showed as a son
Oh man did he just eat that gyro with the paper on!
Tigers and lions were his thing
Oh how he treated tattoo (his bird) like a king
He loved his three sisters immensely
And stared at his hair intensely
It was the selfless tasks he did for neighbors and friends
That everyone will remember till the end
Sunday he showed his true colors as a brown's fan
Drinking pabst blue ribbon straight up from the can
Thursday he religiously mowed the grass
But he never really made it to mass
He loved his gem shows and spending time with Mary
And hanging out with his friend Ack oh wait isn't his name Gary
Aunt Janet had the privilege of living in the same house
He even would kill the occasional mouse
Fric and frac they were or sister and brother
They knew no other
While he had days when he was a crab
Janet knew life would never be drab
For my mom he was the calm of the sea
And he never even hesitated to make my grandma tea
Even though Teresa wasn't here with the rest
Mike shared the middle child bond with her the best
The neighbors all considered him an adopted son
Shoveling the driveways he cared a ton
And while we think this shall never pass
We know he would have wanted us to lift our glass
Remembering the good times and cherishing the memories,
Your love will stay with us forever

Janet, LIz and Theresa, we are going to miss Michael very much. You know your family was like a second family that the we had as kids and we have very happy memories especially the parties at our house. We are going to miss Michael. He never had a bad bone in his body and never judged any of us. He was too young to pass on but we will always remember him in the years to come. His Uncle Bud will also miss him very much. He has considered all of you very much a part of his life and family even though he might not say so.
You know that you can count on any of us if you ever need anything. Family is all we have and need to keep it that way...
Love JoAnne and Family...
