Robert Zeedock Obituary
He was a graduate of Nanticoke High School, Class of 1955, where he played baseball and basketball. He was also a graduate of Wilkes-Barre Business College.
Bob was co-proprietor of Zeedock's Van Service, Hanover section of Nanticoke, until his retirement in 1999.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael Zeedock and Cecelia Manovsky Zeedock, and his brother-in-law, W. Brian Ford.
Bob was a Penn State football season ticket holder and enjoyed taking family and friends to Happy Valley. He was also an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. He was a kind and caring person and will be greatly missed.
Bob is survived by his sisters, Judy Connors and her husband, Tom, and Sandy Ford. Also, his nephews, Dr. Geoffrey Connors, Mickey Ford and Tim Ford; his nieces, Meagan Connors Kalin and Kelly Ford Fileppo; and several great-nieces, great-nephews and many cousins. He will be missed by his dear friends and neighbors of 50 years, Bob and Helen Bonar.
A Blessing service will be held at noon Friday at Stanley S. Stegura Funeral Home Inc., 614 S. Hanover St., Nanticoke. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Wilkes-Barre. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bob's name to Alzheimer's research would be appreciated.

My deepest sympathy to Judy, Sandy, and families. Forget the History Channel. Everything I needed to know about WWII came from Bob! He was a good friend and neighbor. He will be sadly missed.

My deepest sympathies. I wish I could be there to pay my respects. I have many fond memories of Bob, especially the Penn State games. He even made shoveling snow fun. :-)
