Orville Lee Beavers, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 17, 2012.
He was born on April 26, 1944, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He married Nancy Lee Hutchison Beavers on September 26, 1992, in Clovis, New Mexico. Orville was a Farwell, Texas resident for the past 41 years. He served in the United States Army. He was employed as Truck Foreman for K. Barnett for 17 years. He was a member of the NRA and Texas State Rifle Association and a member of Living Stones Community Church of the Nazarene.
Orville is survived by his wife, Nancy; four children, Audra Kackley of Abita Springs, Louisiana, Cynthia Beavers of Granger, Texas, Paul Beavers of Granger, Texas and Joseph Elder of Paducah, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Joshua, Samuel, Mikayla and Gabrielle Kackley, Kaitlynn, Ashley and Matthew Beavers and Kieshyrah and Mia Elder. One brother, Tommy Beavers of Edgewood, New Mexico; one sister, Tonia Scales of Clovis, New Mexico and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville Lee Beavers, Sr. and Wanda Ruth Beavers and one sister, Ruthie Ann Mauler.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 20, 2012, at Living Stones Church of the Nazarene in Clovis, New Mexico. Pastor Darwin Speicher will officiate. Interment will follow at Texico Cemetery, Texico, New Mexico.
Casket Bearers are Scotty Edwards, Joel Edwards, Roy Edwards, Dale Edwards, Eddie Adkins and Wayne Golliheair.

Orville Beavers family, I am very sorry for your loss. Orville and his Mother/Dad and family lived across the street from my family in Texico. I have fond memories of him.
