My sweet Shannon...it's been 6 years since you've been gone and it still makes my heart ache to know you are. You were our "live baby doll" and we had so much fun with you. You were a true beauty with a smile that melted hearts. I know you're happy in heaven and we will see you again. Until then...much love, sweet girl.

Shannon, I'm sad that you left this life too soon. I know you've already made heaven a brighter place. Most of my memories of you are those of a baby and of a little girl. I arrived at your house (within minutes), the day your mom brought you home from the hospital. Stephanie

I did not know Shannon however I was on 635 Sunday when her wreck occurred.
It really stuck with me that evening and all week. I have been searching for Shannon Cole. I would have liked to have attended her memorial but I only found the obituary this evening. I think it affected me because life is so fragile that could've been anyone of us on any given day on any freeway. From the words of your friends you sound like an awesome person.I know you are resting in God's arms tonight. May the peace that transcends all understanding be given to your family and friends by our Lord Jesus. So sorry for the families loss,

Sincerely,
Linda Bloxom

Shannon was a part of a group of several of us that played all the time in elementary school...me, Triesha, Christy, Jamie, Marilyn, and Kelly P. We were always playing outside till dark. The outdoors were our adventure!! Prayers of peace for those she's left behind. She was a part of so many wonderful memories.

Really sad to hear this news, my thoughts go out to her family. I was a colleague from over the pond in the early 2000's and always enjoyed meeting up with Shannon and Crew when we were in the states. She was always good fun, great at what she did and very direct talking. One of those people in life you do not see for a long time, but pick up exactly where you left off when you do.
