I met Ken when I first came to Columbus in 1968. I joined the Trane Company where Ken had been working for ten years. I left in 1971, but came back to work for Smith Flaherty a few years later, and then worked for Flaherty and Associates. Ken was just a really great guy. I have never forgotten those really positive years working with Ken, as well as playing a fair amount of tennis together, and an occasional game of golf. I will remember him as an honest man and a good friend. I have been living in Hilton Head for the last ten years with my wife of 25 years, and while struggling with my own health, am still playing that occasional game of golf.
I would like to say hello to Kent, Mike and Pat, and extend my condolences to the whole family.
