We are Grace and Christine in South Korea. Edward Boti is our friend. We've known each other for 4 years. We liked to listen to Edward’s stories about his family and hometown. So much so, that we decided to visit Canada with Edward and our kids during summer vacation in 2005.
A few days after our arrival, we met Edward’s family, including Peter, Edward’s older brother. We haven’t forgotten how cheerful he was, and how he took us to his heart. One day Peter invited us to his house for a barbecue party.
Peter, his wife Jackie, and son Brandon welcomed us into their home. We had a friendly talk and had a good time only 2 years ago. We are really sorry that we can’t meet him again. We remember staring at the stars and his face with a big smile that night.
The next time we visit Canada, when we look at the sky, we’ll meet him again.

Sorry to hear the loss of Peter. His brother Edward has always kept me posted regaring his health.

Life goes on, and let us remember how the lives of those who have passed has a lasting impression.

Peter Boti warmed the hearts of so many people, including mine. He was my older brother. There are so many things I learned from him as I was growing up. With cheerfulness and good humor he taught me how to do this or that, he patiently explained things I had difficulty understanding, and, no doubt, thanks to his caring way, helped me to become a decent person. He always steered me in the right direction. While visiting his home in Westbank the past few summers I was happy to see the strong bond between Peter, Jackie and Brandon. Peter was a great husband and father, and although we are all deeply saddened by his passing, lets think of all the good times we had with Peter.

I enjoyed the memorial gathering today (November 24) for Peter Boti. I remembered our many good times together on Lake Okanagan and Peter's great sense of humour - he was so quick it often took me some time to realize he was gently pulling my leg. He was a wonderful man and there were many tears today. I share big hugs with wife Jackie and sons Anthony, Brandon and Brett. Although far away in Montreal, my thoughts are always with you. Lots of luv, Malcolm XXXOOO
