Being out of the loop, especially this past difficult year or so, I only recently and sadly learned of my good friend Charles' passing. We had great meals, wine-tastings and conversations together. He is sorely missed.

He is very kind and gentle. Often I and my husband had a great time with Charles and Lee when we met. He is always cheerful, polite, have good sense of and humor and very warm person. May he be in peace with our God and may God be with Lee and everyone in the family during this very difficult period and to give strength, support and guidance you will need. Nual Brown

At age 19, I was diagnosed with cancer by Dr. Jackson. I had to pull out of college at the time to be admitted to St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. After much care, radiology, and surgeries, plus 15 years of post care, God thru Dr. Jackson cured me of my cancer, enabling me to return to complete my college education. Once I married and had a baby son, I made an appointment with Dr. Jackson. I wanted him to be one of the first people to see and hold our new baby. Dr. Jackson meant that much to me and my family, and always will! He was God’s man at the right place and right time for me in 1978-1991!

I am saddened to learn of Charles' death, and my deepest condolences to Lee and all of your family. You and Charles have been part of my family's life for almost as long as I can remember, with so many happy, shared memories of our family homes next door to each other. Please know I am with you all in spirit at this time. Love, Adele
