Charles Suther Obituary

Charles A. Suther 78, of Indianapolis, passed away October 29, 2010. He was born September 12, 1932 in Allentown, PA to the late Otto and Miriam Reppert Suther. Charles served in the United State Air Force. He worked for over 40 years in medical sales and marketing, including Ames Company, Boehringer Mannheim and Medisense, until his retirement. Charles was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and a lifetime member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Epworth United Methodist Church, 6450 Allisonville Rd., with services to follow at 12:00 p.m. Charles is survived by his wife, Dorothy E. Suther; daughter, Stephanie (Mike) Johanns; sons, Mark and Brad Suther; step-son, Kenneth (Lesley) Fluke; step-daughter, Amy (Tony) Robinson; grandchildren, Victor Suther, Kent, Erica and Collin Fluke; and sister, Linda Thacker. Memorial contributions may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel.
