Jay C. Putt LEBANON Jay C. Putt, 62, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. Born in Lebanon on April 25, 1951, Jay was a son of Alfred and Nancy (Fox) Putt. Jay was a graduate of Lebanon High School and Shippensburg State College. He was a retired teacher from Lebanon High School. He enjoyed attending sports and high school events and traveling. In addition to his parents, Jay is survived by two brothers, Jack Putt and Jere, husband of Joan Putt; also four nieces, Janell, Jacy, Jackie and Jade. A Memorial Service will be held on November 24, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Lebanon High School Atrium. Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., is entrusted with the arrangements.
