Robin Allred Obituary

Robin R. Allred, 47, of North Las Vegas, died Dec. 30, 2003. He was born Oct. 24, 1956 in Salt Lake City to Beverly and Jerry Allred. He had been a resident of the Las Vegas area for 30 years. Rob's passion was computers and his specialty was in network engineering. Because of Rob's unique talent he was called upon to travel throughout the United States. Rob adored his wife and family and loved to fish and hunt. Always there for anyone, he had a great appreciation of nature and all God's creations. Rob was the "Rock" of the family, always a ready joke, or two, or three for everyone and always a tool for repair. Rob was quoted as saying Hannah, his only grandchild, was the "light of his life," he loved every moment spent with her. Loving Husband, father, son, grandfather and uncle he is survived by his loving wife, Maureen Allred; son, Adam Allred of Las Vegas; his daughters, Amy Allred of Honolulu, Ashley Allred of Las Vegas and Alicyn Allred of Las Vegas; his grandchild, Hannah Deems of Las Vegas; his mother, Beverly Allred of Mesquite; his brothers, Mike (Rita) Allred of Riverton, Wyo., Dan (Mary) Allred of Mesquite, Tim (Joyce) Allred; his nephew, Brian of Mesquite; sister, Jari (Tim) Brooks of Henderson; his niece, Jessica Allred of Boston; other numerous nieces and nephews; and one aunt. Preceded in death by his father. Visitation from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 3. Service at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Jan. 4, all at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave and interment at 6701 N. Jones Blvd.
