Eileen R. Palumbo

Eileen R. (White) Palumbo 81 of Dennis and formerly of Hudson died Thursday June 29, 2017 at Pleasant Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brewster. She was the wife of Paul P. Palumbo for 59 years. Born, raised and educated in Framingham, Mrs. Palumbo was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Otenti) White. She was a graduate of Framingham High School. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Palumbo is survived by two daughters, Linda Parker and her husband, William of Hudson, and Elizabeth VanBuskirk and her husband, James of Framingham; three grandchildren, Jason VanBuskirk and his wife, Gloria, Nicole Monopoli and her husband, Matt, and Adam VanBuskirk and his wife, Amanda; and two great grandchildren, Emma and Bennett VanBuskirk. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday July 18 in the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Ave., South Yarmouth. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.
