Richie Smedley Little League
Richard Chambers
December 25, 2019
Richie was my childhood hero in Snyder,Texas. He was playing Little League ball and we would go watch him. I was much younger than Richie. One night he hit the first home run that went over the little league fence at the then unnamed Logan Field. The ball rolled all the way to what is now Moffett field. He was a great young man a great role model for kids my age to look up to.
Richie is on the first row first player on the right.
