Charles P. Miller

Edison - Charles P. Miller, 73, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ.

Born and raised in Plainfield, Charles has been a resident of Edison for almost 20 years. An honorable discharged veteran of the United States Airforce, Charles continued his dedication to civil service and entered into the Plainfield Police Department.

He retired from the Plainfield Police Department after 20 years of dedicated service in 1989.

Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Karin (Hagburg) Miller; surviving is his wife of 33 years, Cheryl (Jackson) Miller and their daughter, Lauren Miller and three sons, Charles Miller, Steven Miller and wife Laura and Brandon Miller.

He will also be missed by his five grandchildren, Joey, Katie, Katie Kong, Christopher and Liam.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 26, 2018 from 3-6:30PM in the McCriskin - Gustafson Home For Funerals, 2425 Plainfield Avenue South Plainfield NJ 07080. Funeral services will begin at 6:30PM.
