Dear Kay, I´m so sorry about Barbara. Even though my kids never had her for a teacher, I know she was an excellent teacher and a wonderful person. So sad for you. My best to you.

Oh Dear Kay. We are going to miss Barb so much upon our return to Florida. Bob especially misses her on the gardening committee. We were so pleased to spend so much time with her before we left in May. Our sincere condolences.

Kay, I am saddened to read of Barbara's death. It sure was a pleasure to work with two top notch educators.
I will always remember the sign that Barbara had at the front of her classroom: KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.
I am sure that there are many students who heeded that message. Thank you for being a part of my life. Bob Timmins

Kay,
As you know, our dad admired both of you and valued your friendship. He and Barb are now likely comparing notes on your many shared successes. Please know that we are thinking of you at this difficult time.

Barb was a dynamo. She was an outstanding teacher and an astute leader for teachers and the advancement of the teaching profession. She and Kay were my mentors. I´m so very glad I got to visit last February.
