Barbara Frautschi Obituary
Barbara A. Frautschi, age 89, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on March 12, 2022. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of John and Margery Frautschi. She graduated from DeVilbiss High School in Toledo, and the College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio with a BA degree in chemistry.
She was employed by Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus for 22 years, and employed by Sherex Chemical Co. in Dublin for 12 years. In 1991, she established her own business, Frautschi Information Services.
In 1999, she moved to Westminster-Thurber Community (now Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber). Thanks to the staff for many happy years of retirement living. Barbara is survived by cousins and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber, in their Life Enrichment Center. Burial will be in Toledo Memorial Park, in Sylvania, Ohio, with no graveside service. Arrangements handled by Schoedinger Midtown, Columbus.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber Spiritual Life Endowment Fund, and sent to Ohio Living Foundation, 1001 Kingsmill Parkway, Columbus, OH 43229.
