I have worked in the Raytheon IT department for many years with Cheri and have taken a couple of business trips with her. She had the most marvelous sense of humor of anyone I've known and could always bring cheer to an otherwise overwhelming situation. I consider myself lucky to have known her for as long as I did and hope you take comfort in knowing that others cared about her and will miss her as well.

We all hope that what we leave behind touches lives in ways that we could not imagine. I am reaching out from across the country with a heavy heart. When I was in Fort Wayne, Cheri sat in the next office. We shared stories and laughs, we talked about life and loved ones, and even did some work. Cheri made a profound impact on my life as I often turned to her for advice. It is difficult to find the words. My prayers are with her family and friends at this difficult time but we can take comfort in knowing that Cheri is walking with the Lord. God bless.

I didn't know Cheri well when she worked at Raytheon, but I knew her well enough to search her out if I needed a friendly smile or a warm welcome. She was always a kind gracious woman and I missed her when she retired. I pray God will comfort her family during this time.

My sincere sympathy to Jim and Cheri's family. Cheri and I worked together several years. She was always personable, cheery, and a great contributor to the organization. I can remember when she bought a place at the lake - she was so very thrilled. The world was a better place because of her.

I am so sorry for your lose. I so remember Cheri and the kindness and acceptence she showed me when I was a young girl. In grade school her sister Diane was my best friend and Cheri being her older sister always made me feel special. As I would run into her in later years , she still made me feel that way. What a gift she had. My prayers for all of you left behind, I am sure she will be greatly missed. Nancy Dehner Winling

Cheri my dear I will miss you. I was so blessed to be with you on two Mission Retreats and your strength and faith were inspiring. I will always treasure the times we laughed together and especially remember that you taught me to ask God for more than we can dream of. I hope that you are already enjoying your heavenly treasures that I know you stored up on this earth in abundance! I love you sister and will miss your smile.
