Just stumbled upon this obituary on the Northminster Presbyterian Church Facebook page. I remember Jack and Edith as leaders the the church and friends of my folks when I was growing up. And of course youth group with Pam. My thoughts and prayers are with the Phillips family.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of the old neighborhood hiding in the giant pine tree on the corner of the Phillips' yard. I remember Jack as a quiet, happy man.

I had the opportunity to get to know Jack a bit while working with him on SNAWS program and on staff at Bartle. He was a great leader and a wonderful person, I will miss him. Bruce Clippinger

Condolences to the Phillips family, in particular, Jensine
who was like an extra little sister to me and my sisters. We lived across the street. What a great place to grow up at the time. Many great parents up and down that hill. Jack and Edith among them. I am sure Mom and dad, as well as other beloved neighbors will great him with open arms for the next journey.
