87 years of Phoenix Arizona, passed away on October 28, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 4:00PM on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Paradise Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2727 E Cactus Rd. Phoenix. Burial with Military Honors will be at 11:00AM on Tuesday November 1, at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Services entrusted to Shadow Mountain Mortuary.
