Gary Bergstrom Obituary
Gary Wayne Bergstrom passed away November 27, 2017. He was born August 5, 1934 in Salt Lake City to John Theodore Bergstrom and Frances Leone Rushton Bergstrom. Gary married Leona Coon, May 9, 1955. She passed away after having her children, Kathy, Jeanne and Mike. He married Alora Mary Croft on January 17, 1966. They had two children, Connie and Lisel.
Gary enjoyed hunting and gardening. He also enjoyed spending time with family, cousins and friends.
Gary had 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He also had two brothers, Sherm (deceased) and Neil (Sharen) and two sisters, Carla (Tim) Brown and Carol (Paul) Webb.
A viewing will be held Friday, December 1st, 6 - 8 pm and Saturday, December 2nd, 9:30 - 10:30 am, followed by services at 11:00 am. Viewing and services will be held at the Hunter 2nd Ward, 3939 South 5200 West.

Oh Alora and family,
We mourn with you the loss of your sweet Gary. He is a wonderful man, so funny and such a great example. We will miss him too. We love you both and send to you our deepest sympathies. Families are forever. The plan of salvation is real and you will be together again.

Brother Bergstrom had a great impact on me throughout my teenage years. He was a great example of hard work, charity, and service. I'm very sorry he is gone but I am very grateful to have known him and learned from his testimony and years of experience.
