Glen Rose Beasley, 84, passed away on July 3, 2013 in Houston, Texas. She was born on August 24, 1928 in Normangee, Texas to Jim Hamilton and Mackie Goodrich. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Fred Jim Beasley. She is survived by her daughters, Freddie and husband Tommy Lester of Deer Park, Texas, Rebecca White of La Porte, Texas and Rosemary and husband Dennis Cody of Seabrook, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Glen was a long time member of Memorial Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed. The family would like to extend their gratitude to her caregivers, Love Grimes and Imelda Douglas for their kindness and support.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 3 p.m. at Brookside Memorial Park.
