Dr Sutherland delivered all 3 of my children. My first being very high risk as I went into labor at 25 weeks and delivered a baby girl at 27 weeks in 1992 only weighing 1lb 9oz. Dr Sutherland was amazing to me and my family going through such a traumatic birth and not knowing if she would live or die. He was amazing, caring and so supportive. She is now 33 yrs old. I am originally from Lexington Ky a HUGE UK fan ( Go Wildcats) we had that in common! I feel honored and lucky to have known him and have him as my physician over the years he practiced. The world has lost a GREAT man and even better human being! RIP Dr Sutherland, you will be truly missed!

I loved working with Dr. Sutherland. His jokes were the best, and he always got a giggle. He also loved to tell us all about little Millie. I am so sad to hear of his passing.

Dr. Sutherland was a kind and humble man . His kindness was genuine and did not seek recognition. It was an honor to work for such a unique Doctor. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dr Sutherland was a dream to work with, funny, supportive and the king of dad jokes. He was missed when he left Marietta and will be missed forever.
