My son, Russell Garcia, thinks of Jeff often. He has fond memories of the friendship they shared. I remember Jeff as having a dry sense of humor. He was a kind soul.

I was thinking about Jeff today and tried to find his email online when I came across this posting. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. Jeff was a coworker,neighbor and friend. What a great loss.

Please accept my deepest condolences in your time of loss. Jeff was a great freind to me and helped me out when I needed it most. We became close freinds in the fraternity and when I was living with him here in Colorado. Never have I met a more giving or caring individual. Take joy in the fact he is in a better place than all of us.
