My son, Russell Garcia, thinks of Jeff often. He has fond memories of the friendship they shared. I remember Jeff as having a dry sense of humor. He was a kind soul.

My thoughts are with your family during this difficult time. Jeff’s chuckle was catching, and he was especially charming when that little glint of cheer shone in his blue eyes. I know Jeff will be greatly missed. You have my deepest sympathy.

Please accept my deepest condolences in your time of loss. Jeff was a great freind to me and helped me out when I needed it most. We became close freinds in the fraternity and when I was living with him here in Colorado. Never have I met a more giving or caring individual. Take joy in the fact he is in a better place than all of us.
