Arlington, Texas - Joyce Gaudet Booth, a loving caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great -grandmother passed peacefully at the age of 92 on January 29, 2021. Born in Jefferson Parish, LA, Joyce worked with AT&T before marrying John N. Booth, Sr. in 1952. She devoted the rest of her life to her husband and children, relocating many times to follow her husband's career. She was a faithful Catholic, attending church regularly and living by Christian values, always helping friends and family in need. Joyce was the driving force in the family, living modestly; always planning for the future. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her 6 children, Pam (Dino DiNicola), John Jr. (Wanda), Susan Booth King, David, Janet Tate, and Lynette (Jon), 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and brother, Marcel Rene Gaudet (Elaine). She is preceded in death by her husband, John Sr., grandson, Andrew King, and 8 siblings.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mission Arlington or a charity of your choice. Visitation will be at 9:30 AM with a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2100 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, TX and will be streamed via Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church | Facebook. Interment will be at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N Davis Dr., Arlington, TX.
