Kevin was dear to me and I feel so blessed that I was able to spend time during the workday with him. Laughter and joy came so easily to Kevin and he shared those gifts with everyone he met. He was thoughtful, respectful and treated everyone with kindness. If you were fortunate enough to be his friend, then you truly know what a void he leaves behind. I miss you Kevin and while I know you wouldn't want any of us to be sad, please know we will always hold you and your family close in our hearts and thoughts.

Kevin, I cannot believe you are gone. What a void you have left. My heart aches and I will never forget you. But God must have had a better plan for you. I feel very lucky to have had you in my life and to be able to work with you for all these years. For that I am truly grateful. Please keep watch over your family and friends. Heaven is lucky to have you on their team now. Goodbye for now until we see each other again and rest in peace my friend. My sincerest condolences to Jennifer and his entire family for such a terrible loss. Kevin was a good and kind man.

I moved to North Dakota shortly after high school so I never had the opportunity to know Kevin as an adult, but my brothers said that they had some great visits with him. I am so sorry to hear of his passing way before his time. My prayers to all of his family and friends. RIP cousin Kevin!

I remember Kevin being just a wonderful and jolly person who did not hesitate to extend a genuine kindness to others. I remember being five and him taking me to the Pierce County library and picking out books that he helped me read. It was so special. I am so sad to know he has passed but also so thankful for his life here. He will be missed and his memory cherished.

To the Houck family: I am so very sorry for your loss. I did not know Kevin, but went through several years of grade school and high school with his father, Bruce. My healing thoughts are with you. Carol Sutherland

There are so many memories it's hard to find just one. Kevin was one of my closest friends for the past 21 years. I will miss all of the good times we had together from horsing around at work to parties at your house. A couple stand outs are when we were supposed to be fixing someone's power and ended up in a wrestling match in someone's backyard and the homeowner was trying to figure out what was happening. Being the big guys we are, it didn't last long because we had to catch our breath. Climbing a pole together and wondering where we were going to put our feet and listening to the comments from the peanut gallery below about whether or not the pole would survive. Brunches at the Hilton. Pool parties where you got in trouble from Jennifer and she pulled your ear. Lobster boils and one in particular where you managed to send me home with a VERY drunk wife from the Bacardi you were sneaking into her drink. Our mutual love of dogs and just talking about life at work for all those years. I will miss the hell out of you Biggin!!! Tim and Darlene Bragg
