PHYLLIS WAS A GOOD FRIEND AND NOT JUST A NEIGHBOR. BETTY AND I KNEW HER FOR TWENTY YEARS. SHE LOVED HER ELEPHANTS, FLOWERS AND HER CHURCH. FOR YEARS SHE ORGANIZED OUR NIGHTLY "NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS" EVERY DAY EACH SUMMER. WE DID A LOT OF LAUGHING. SHE ALSO LOVED BARQS ROOT BEER AND ANYTHING HERSHEY. SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY THAT SHE COULD. BETTY AND I WILL MISS HER GREATLY AS WILL ANYONE WHO HAD THE PLEASURE OF LIVING NEAR HER. OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH HER AND HER FAMILY.

Phyllis was a great neighbor and friend. My kids called her elephant lady because of all the elephant knick knacks she has throughout her apartment. She introduced me to geraniums and impatiens when we made side by side gardens at the front of our apartments. I miss the good times when I moved away and I will cherish the memories. Heaven has received an extra special lady.
