Sorry for such an great loss! I am sure Mac is still missed by all of his family. I lost touch with Mac years ago but when I began welding training in the late 80's under him, I remember thinking that if all of my teachers through school had been of the quality Mac was I would have done very well. Often thought about him and found out from his predecessor Steve Lynn that he had passed. Great man!

Mac was a awesome man with fun loving sense of humor. I had the pleasure of learning how to weld from him, and took that experience on to earn a nice income for several years before returning to school. I enjoyed his class', he touched many people in a positive way. I have kept up with him over the years through his walking friend, John Wilson. I am so sorry to hear of his death.

May he rest in peace,
