Tera Gill Obituary
Tera Deane Gill, 14 of Pasadena, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2012. She was born on September 29, 1997 in Pasadena, Texas. Tera was a student at Southmore Intermediate. She loved to sing and listen to music. She is survived by her father and step-mother, Jason and Colleen Gill; her mother, Dawn Landriault; grandparents, Donald and Barbara Gill, Dallas and Mabel Landriault; step-grandmother, Noreen Grace; brothers, Ty Gill, Harley Landriault; sister, Tori Gill; step-brother, Matthew Borne; step-sister, Tiffani Taber and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 1:30PM to 3PM at Grand View Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be the same day following the visitation at 3PM in Chapel. Interment will follow at Grand View Memorial Park. To express words of comfort to the family, please visit www.grandviewfunerals.com.

I just want to say im soo sorry for what happened to Tera. She was like a sister to me in the 5&6th grade. When I found out about the heartbreaking news I was devastated. I just couldnt believe she passed away. So may she rest in peace with god. I love you Tera.

I remember running around the neighborhood with you when we were really little. You were always the little life of the party. Such a joy to be around. You always brightened up everything we did. You always made me smile, without fail. I saw you a couple weeks before you passed away & you hugged me & told me you missed me. Everytime I think about that it helps me. Remembering your smile always does. You were more than a friend. & I will never, ever forget you. I love you.

Baby Girl,
You were my shadow. Always on my heels. It was always you and me either movie night in the bedroom with popcorn or shopping. I so love you and will miss you. You were the greatest daughter in the world that I had a chance to raise. I may not have given birth to you or your sister or brother......but deep in my heart, you will always be mine. I got to watch you go from a toddler to a teenager and that was an experience that I will never forget. I love you and want you to know Daddy and I will never forget you. We will always love you. Just found out the sad news today about Tera. I was her 5th grade Math teacher at Shaw and thought she was so special! She had such a pretty smile and sweet spirit. I will never forget you Tera!

I was Tera's inclusion aide teacher in science and history this year. I am lost for words. I just found out about Tear's passing and I am in shock. She was so sweet and kind to everyone. She was a pleasure to work with. She will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Tera lived down the other end of our street. Tera, Tori and Liz were always asking if they could go to Morales playground, Wal-Mart, Dollar General Store. If it was dinner time Tera ate whatever I put in front of her, Tera and Tori even went out to eat with us. They were always singing along with you tube or the TV. Tera will be truly missed in this house. R.I.P. Tera.

Jason I am praying for you and your family. God took Tara out of this old world because he needed another beautiful Angel in Heaven. I am sorry your time with her was so short on this earth but just know you will joined with her again and there will be no sorrow there sweetie. Tera was like one of my own kids. When I saw my girls you where there. Always smiling with the that shy little smile. Soft spoken but always wanted to be heard. Playing in my yard with my girls. We know you are in a better place, but you still will be great fully missed. Such a sweet soul and heart. You were such a good hearted friend to my girls we all love you and will always miss u. I was Tera's reading teacher this past school year at Southmore. Tera was a very pleasant young lady-always respectful, polite, and kind. She always put forth her best efforts in class, and she had the ability to work cooperatively with any of her classmates. I'm glad I had the opportunity to teach such a sweet girl. I was Tera's reading teacher at Bobby Shaw Middle School during her 6th grade year. She was such a sweet girl who always gave 100% in class and was so loyal to her friends and classmates. I knew Tera because she and I spent our mornings in the school library, we were great friends and I know she shall rest in peace. I will always pray and miss you with all of my heart. Tera you were amazing and funny and you know I will always love you and miss you.
I can still hear you voice when you would laugh. You were so young and you didn't deserve this. I know you are up there flying with the Angels. You will protect us and your family because you were so kind and considerate of others.
You were like any other teenage girl you were funny, and shy at times. I remember when you would laugh I would laugh because your laugh and and your smile was so contagious.
When we would hang out in the sofa's in school we would just sit around and talk and laugh. There were awkward moments and then there would be laughter.
What I'm saying is that you were amazing and that you will be dearly missed.
