Our thoughts and prayers are with you and His family I just found out about your lost. Vaughn and I worked together 10 years ago at UK. He had that one of a kind personality that everyone would likes. He always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by family and many friends. But God will be glad to greet him home with open arms.

I am so sorry about your loss. I have just heard about this bad news. I was so shocked and could not beleive it. I just talked to him a few months ago. This is such a big loss to you and family. My deepest sympathies to you and the Leake family.

Kim, words cannot describe the hurt we feel for you and the family. We are so sorry we couldn't be there for you during this time but please know that you have never left our thoguths and prayers. If there is anything we can do please don't hesitate to let us know. We Love You.

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing. Although I have not seen Vaughn in several years I have always treasured our friendship - both on an off the golf course. What a wonderful man, what an incredible loss. My deepest sympathies to the Leake family.

I only worked with Vaughn for a very short time in Radiology but he made a lasting impression. What a kind, patient soul he was! My heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to Kim, his family and friends.

I was so shocked when I heard. Vaughn was such a wonderful person. I had the pleasure of working with him in Anatomy and enjoyed his continued friendship when he moved on to Radiology. He would always stop and say hello when he saw you on campus. My thoughts and sympathy to the family, he will be missed.

I read this and weep. I worked with Vaughn for a few years at UK, in Radiology. He was always a gentleman, very kind, caring and compassionate, plus a good worker! Vaughn was a pleasure to have in our midst. I now am retired, and I know he'll leave a big void within the Department. To Kim and the family, you certainly have my sympathy. Kim,
I only knew Vaughn a short period of time, but he has left an everlasting impression. Such a kind and gentle soul.. Not long after joining the department I had the opportunity to walk with Vaughn across campus and feel I truly got to know him in just that walk. I don't know if I have ever met or will ever meet a kinder or more perfect soul. Everyone that passed his path he spoke to, even if it was just a simple hello, most times asking how are you and wishing a good day. He could always bring a smile to one's face. I am truly blessed for having known him, his memory will be forever cherished.
