Ryan C. Twilley

Salisbury-Ryan Christopher Twilley received his eternal healing and his enormous reward in heaven on Friday, June 6, 2014.

He lived a life of unwavering faith, love and devotion. He has gone to help prepare a place for his loved ones still on Earth including his wife, Meagan Twilley (Gannon); son, Life; daughter, Hope; parents, Victor and Phyllis (Ruby) Twilley and Bob and Jackie Gannon; sisters and brothers, Gus and Megan (Twilley) Baker and Erik and Heather (Gannon) Tabinowski; nephews and niece, Caleb, Hallie and Joshua; as well as many extended family members and countless friends.

He was born on Dec. 1, 1987, in Salisbury. He graduated from Churchville Christian School in 2005. He served as an EMT with the Parsonsburg Fire Department. He had worked for Vic Twilley Home Improvements, Cornerstone Plumbing Services, Victory Welding, The City of Salisbury and Atlantic General Hospital.

He helped establish his home church, The Restoration Project and was very involved with the Uprising Church. He also helped establish 3rd Wave Surf Ministry. He loved playing the drums, surfing, spending time with his family and sharing the love of God.

He will be forever loved and missed by all. Please join us in celebrating his life on Tuesday, June 10, at 6 p.m. at the Uprising Church in Hebron, following a private burial at Springhill Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, friends may make contributions to the Twilley Children Fund, c/o The Bank of Delmarva, 2727 N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD 21801.

Vic and Phyllis and family: We are so sad for your loss. We cannot even begin to imagine or pretend to. I have very fond and wonderful memories of Ryan during his scouting years and I am proud to have been involved in his life. I know how very proud you are of him and all he accomplished in his short time here on earth. As a parent, how comforting it is knowing his personal relationship with The Lord was so strong. We are so sorry for the loss of the bright light of Ryan. He was a pleasure to take care of and we were honored to come along side him and his family in his battle. Ryan's grandfather and my grandfather(Donald Dize) worked together for many years. I played with Ryan's sister (Megan) and I remember when he was born. I did not know Ryan. I see he was a man to be proud of and touched many lives.
