George Anastasion Obituary
George Pericles Anastasion, 94, of Orange passed away at home on Nov. 20, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Nita Andreas Anastasion. Mr. Anastasion was born in New Haven on March 29, 1924, son of the late Savas and Eleni Anastasion. Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Cathy, Jean Rubera (Donald), Sarali (James) and grandsons, Grayson and DJ.
Funeral services will be held in St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, 480 Racebrook Road, Orange Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call at the Church prior to the funeral from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church or the American Cancer Society. George was a very sweet man. Had a great sense of humor. He and Nita raised three lovely daughters. Rest in Peace.
