Caroline Rotilio Obituary

Caroline "Carole" (nee Guhl) Rotilio, 98, of Princeton and formerly of Carlstadt for 45 years and East Rutherford, passed away on July 22, 2015.

Mrs. Rotilio was born in Jersey City. She was a homemaker and a former parishioner of St. Joseph's R.C. Church.

Mrs. Rotilio was the beloved wife of the late James V. Rotilio, loving mother of Marie Holck and her husband, Kenneth, cherished grandmother of five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and dear sister of the late Madeline Guhl, Margaret Milano, Eleanor Cressen, Lois Brucato, Dorothy Richardson, William Guhl, Richard Guhl and Herman Guhl.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 27, from 9-10:30 a.m., at the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad St., Carlstadt. The funeral will depart from the Kimak Funeral Home on Monday, July 27, at 10:30 a.m. for a funeral Mass in St. Joseph's R.C. Church, East Rutherford, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Department 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142, or charity of your choice.

I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Caroline's passing. I saw it in the Bergenite after the fact. I will ALWAYS remember the great times we had at family parties at the Cornerstone. We are blessed to have those memories. My love and sympathy to Marie and the family.
