Burnley Family,
Words really can't express how much that Rich's passing means to me. I just found out today. "Sweatshirt Burnley" was a good man and buddy. I'll always remember that smile and the good times we had.

Dick was like a 'Gentle Ben'...He never had an unkind word for anyone. In all the years I worked with him, I never remember him being anything but a gentleman and a positive influence on everyone who came into contact with him. He will be sorely missed, but, he will never be forgotten.

I have great memories of growing up next door to your family. From backyard baseball games to cruisin around in the Doone Buggy. I even remember when your Dad figured out how to take the longest sled ride ever from our sledding hill that landed us right in your backyard. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Dick was a great neighbor and friend and he will be missed a lot.

I worked with Dick (and his dad) at GAC (Loral, Lockheed) from 1984 to 1990. One of the nicest persons I ever met. Always pleasant and positive, talking about his family and asking about mine.

Although I was not in town, to eat a Thanksgiving turkey deep fried using an engine hoist chain is a yummy treat so I was told. Just goes to show ya he would always help if he could.
