Mr, Barber was a gentleman and friend as a law enforcement officer and a person. He believed in God and I shall never forget his support of my early pastoring Delray as he and many of his friends attended my services at Mt. Joe was our neighbor growing up, and one of my dad's best friends, Eleanor was one of my Mom's best friends. They don't make neighbor like them anymore. Every one looked out for each other. Joe will truly be missed. May God accept his soul in heaven and give Eleanor, Zedrick,Terrence and the rest of the family Peace and Understanding.
