David Smith Obituary
David E. Smith, 69, formerly of Pine City died March 18, 2016 in Ivanhoe, NC. Survivors include wife, Joan Wittig-Smith; children, Lindsay Scott (Matthew), Sean David Smith, Eric McCoy and Robert McCoy (Lisa Phillips); and seven grandchildren. In Chemung, NY, David was active in Tanglewood Nature Center, Meals on Wheels and Chemung County Sunrise Rotary any of which memorial contributions may be given to.
