Of Forest Hills, age 80, on Sunday, December 30, 2007. Al was a WW II Veteran and a retired employee of Continental Can Co. in West Mifflin. Al was an avid skier and golfer and he was a member of the Croatian Fraternal Union, Lodge #141. Beloved husband of Florence M. (Petrina) Turkovich for 54 years. Loving father of Janice Raffa (husband, Leonard), Cynthia Trusky (husband, Francis) , all of Rosslyn Farms, Kevin (wife, Marcia) of McCandless and Albert P., Jr. of Forest Hills. Grandfather of Stephen and Chelsea Raffa; Abigail and Zachary Trusky; Luke and Mark Turkovich; brother of the late Edward Turkovich. Friends welcome Tuesday, New Years Day, 2-4 & 6-8 pm, at PATRICK T. LANIGAN FUNERAL HOME, 700 Linden Ave., East Pittsburgh 412-824-8800. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Maurice Church on Wednesday at 10 am. Burial with Military Honors in Monongahela Cemetery.
